The foundation supports only specific projects. The focus of the support is on regions where Christian Bürkert GmbH & Co KG facilities are located. An application for funding must explain and substantiate the goal, purpose and need for the request. Implementation of a project regularly requires reporting and project controlling. The foundation will grant neither deficit guarantees nor subsequent financing.

National and foreign non-profit organisations must fulfil the respective legal and tax requirements.

A legal entitlement to funding by the foundation does not exist.

9. Deleting and blocking personal data after fulfilment of purpose
