"CoCu – Cooking Culture" (Torgau)
The project is implemented by Outlaw gGmbH in Torgau. Young people from diverse cultural backgrounds come together to prepare international street-food dishes. Recipes are developed collaboratively, ingredients are purchased together, and meals are cooked outdoors. Through the shared cooking experience, people from different cultures and generations meet and connect. The project strengthens dialogue within the neighbourhood, helps to break down prejudices and promotes respectful interaction.

"Open Music Workshop" (Leisnig)
The “Open Music Workshop” is organised by Kulturbahnhof Leisnig e.V. in Saxony. Since 2020, the association has been committed to transforming the former railway station into a vibrant centre for culture and social interaction. Particularly in rural areas, cultural opportunities are limited, and this project aims to expand them in a targeted way.

With “FolkTreff” and “KreisGesang”, open musical meeting formats are being created in Leisnig for people of all ages. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants can play and sing folk music from around the world together – without sheet music and without any performance pressure. Beginners and experienced musicians alike are welcome, provided they play an acoustic melody or harmony instrument or simply enjoy singing together.

The project aims to provide a low-threshold opportunity for making music freely, strengthen musical skills in an enjoyable way and foster community through culture.

HelpCentre Lagerei Albersloh

HelpCentre Lagerei Albersloh is developing into an open place for encounters, support and shared commitment within the village. Guided by the principle of empowerment, the project combines services such as a repair café, bicycle workshop, woodworking workshop and other practical support activities under one roof. Dedicated volunteers have created a meeting place for people of different generations and backgrounds, thereby strengthening social cohesion within the local community.
